Hi, back to posting, this week is on healthy eating.
What is healthy eating? hmmm...
To me healthy eating is eating healthily, I think that it is important to eat healthily.
Eating healthily means eating an equal amount of carbohydrate, protein, iron, fats, and cholesterol.
To me i will have one seving of meat, two serving of fruit and vegetables for every meal.
Sometimes, I see my parent eating packet food, or fastfood, or even skipping their meals.
i think that is very unhealthy because they will not absorb equal amount of nurtrients.
having enough nutrients is important for our daily work.
