Finally, the Beijing Olympics are finally here, i watch the opening ceremony and it was awesome.
i watch the different competition on television, i love the part of table tennis.
the players really did us proud, although the singapore players did not win many medals, but we are still proud of them because they did their best. The table-tennis girls player have won a sliver. It took them quite a long time to just light the torch.It was cool.Just a kiss and the fire lit the huge torch moulded to the stadium.Fireworks around the stadium shot up.It was uncountable.I could not count the many different kind of fireworks.It lasted about 10-15 minutes.Maybe it was because Bei Jing was the host and they need to welcome the foreigners and at the same time,celebrate the start of the Bei Jing Olympics.Although,Singapore only got a Sliver for table tennis.(which is good enough)But the players show sportsmanship when they step into the stadium.(I know this because I'm a bowler myself and I learn it all but is still more for me to learn)Hope when its time for the youth Olympics...Singapore would be a good host.
